Lijun Han Google ScholarDr. Lijun Han is an Assistant Researcher at the Department of Automation, School of Automation and Perception, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She received her dual bachelor's degrees in Engineering and Management from Tianjin University in 2019, and her Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2023. She has been serving as an Assistant Researcher at Shanghai Jiao Tong University since 2023. She was selected for the Shanghai Municipal Dispatch Program, and dispatched to the Chinese University of Hong Kong for academic exchange from May 2025 to May 2026.Dr. Han has long been engaged in research on deformable object manipulation for human-robot collaboration. As the first author or corresponding author, she has published (including accepted) 12 SCI papers in the field of robotics, and 6 papers in IEEE ICRA and IEEE IROS, the top flagship conferences in robotics. She was selected for the 2023 National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents (Band C). She has presided over multiple national and provincial research projects, including the Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Special Funding Project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the General Program of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program of China. As a core participant, she has joined numerous high-level research projects, such as the NSFC Distinguished Young Scholars Program, National Key Research and Development Programs, and NSFC Joint Fund Programs. She has served as the Associate Editor of IEEE ICRA 2024-2025 (the top international conference in robotics), a peer reviewer for multiple authoritative journals and conferences including IEEE T-RO, IEEE T-MECH, IEEE T-ASE, and IEEE RAL, and a member of the organizing committee for various international conferences including IEEE IROS 2025, IEEE RCAR 2023–2026, and IEEE ROBIO 2022. She has received honors including the IEEE ICRA 2024 Outstanding Associate Editor Award and the Best Poster Award at CCRS 2024.
