Introduction to final Submission

1. The reviews remarks can be found in your acceptance notification email. Please take these comments and suggestions into account when preparing the final version of your paper.
2. Your final version must be submitted using SoftConf. Please ensure that the metadata in Final Submission Page such as title, abstract and author list is correct since this information is included in the program. The final Camera-ready version has to conform to the manuscript preparation guidelines.
3. For all accepted submissions, at least one author should register to the conference (with payment) and attend the conference to present the paper.

Final Full Paper Submission Guideline

1. Revise your munuscript until you are satisfied with the final version of your paper.
2. Click SoftConf to enter the front page of IEEE RCAR 2022 and then login to access to the User Console.
3. In the Submission(s) label column, you would see Your current Submission(s) . Click on Your current Submission(s) then you would go to a new page where your all accepted submissions (Paper ID: Title) would be listed.
4. Click on eachPaper ID: Title then you would go to a new page where you would see the Full Paper Camera-ready Submission or Short Paper Camera-ready Submission depending on your Contributed Paper Type.
5. Click on Full Paper Camera-ready Submission or Short Paper Camera-ready Submission then you would go the Final Submission Page.
6. For the final full paper submission, you are required to fill in the Title of Submission, List of Authors, complete the IEEE Copyright Transfer form, and upload the copyright file, final manuscript with IEEE PDF eXpress compliance test result, similarity report, and one-page digest slice. Please follow the instructions on the submission page and remember to click save button after finish all procedures to submit.

• PDF Copy of IEEE Electronic Copyright: Please complete the IEEE Copyright Transfer form (click the Copyright Submission button below, then upload the PDF copyright receipt you receive from IEEE's e-copyright service)
• Final Manuscript Compliance Test: For your paper to be included in IEEE RCAR 2022 Proceedings, its PDF file must be IEEE Xplore compliant. You should login to IEEE PDF eXpress using the conference ID, 54675X, to check for this. After your paper passes the compliance test, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You must submit this email in PDF as one of the items of the final submission.
• Final Manuscript: Please upload the verified final manuscript PDF file. For your paper to be included in IEEE, authors MUST use the FOLLOWING Word (A4) or LaTeX template (A4)! DO NOT make changes to the template, including PAGE MARGINS, FONTS, etc.

  • Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.
  • Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.
• Slide File: A one-page PPT slide for your paper in Conference Digest using this template . This should be type PPT and not PPTX.
• Presentation Video: Due to COVID-2019, the RCAR 2022 committee requires authors to submit a presentation video (10 minutes) for use in the coming online conference when the author can not make a real-time presentation.The maximum file size for the presentation video is 50 MB.
• Similarity report: Please use Turnitin to complete the self-examination of the repetition rate. The repetition rate after deducting the literature is required to be ≤25%. This report should also be uploaded during the Final Submission. If it exceeds this threshold, it may not be included in the IEEE database. In particular, for the short paper/extended abstract within 2 pages, it is not necessary to provide this report because it does not enter the IEEE database and does not enter the EI search.

Final Short Paper Submission Guideline

1. Please follow the same steps as Final Full Paper Submission Guideline from Step. 1 to 5.
2. For the final short paper submission, you are required to fill in the Title of Submission, List of Authors, and upload final manuscript and one-page digest slice. Please follow the instructions on the submission page and remember to click save button after finish all procedures to submit.

• Although accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings, they will not be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in the Xplore database. Thus, IEEE Copyright Transfer form and IEEE PDF eXpress compliance test are not required.
