In order to submit a regular paper to IEEE ROBIO 2022, please follow the customary electronic submission process via SoftConf(https://softconf.com/m/robio2022). You can also submit a video as a supplementary material along with your manuscript, for instance to demonstrate your experimental results.

All deadlines are 23:59:59 Pacific Time.

Short Paper

You are cordially invited to contribute short papers to ROBIO 2022. Short papers are one to two pages in length with Late-Breaking Results or research ideas. All accepted submissions will be decided to be presented at the conference as posters. Although accepted short papers will be included in the conference proceedings, since they are not considered as publications, they will not be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in the Xplore database.

You are going to submit a single PDF that has to conform to the manuscript preparation guidelines.

• Paper size: As for IEEE conferences, the paper size for submission must be A4.
• Paper format: Two-column format in the IEEE style is required.
• Page limit: For the first submission, a manuscript can be of 4-6 pages. For the final submission, a manuscript should be of 6 pages, with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge.
• PDF file: A manuscript file needs to be converted into its PDF version for submission. Please limit the size of the PDF file to be 5 M.

Abstract Only

You are invited to submit your abstract to ROBIO 2022. You can submit an abtract to describe the proposed paper or the work in progress. Abstracts should be 200-350 words.
